Why a review queue matters

Drafts and submitted posts should not live in the same surface. Reviewers need a dedicated queue so they can focus on posts that actually require editorial action.

What reviewers care about

• who submitted the post
• when it was created
• whether the summary is clear
• whether the content is ready for approval

Expected next step

After the queue is stable, I want to add approve and request-changes actions as mock interactions before wiring any backend.
